With 20 years of industry experience, award-winning Producer Kat Mansoor has worked with BBC Films, Channel4, Film 4, Netflix and Vice to consistently deliver a slate of highly acclaimed films. Kat’s work has been shown around the world at festivals such as Cannes, Telluride, SXSW, IDFA. Her film credits include double Grierson winning HERE’S JOHNNY, BLACKOUT, WOJTEK, THE BEAR THAT WENT TO WAR, THE MAN WHOSE MIND, IDA’S DIARY, LOST AND SOUND, and WHAT WE BELIEVE. Kat’s most recent releases include COW, directed by Andrea Arnold, and which premiered at Cannes 2021, and REBELLION which will be released on Netflix in April 2022.

Neil Blair

Neil Blair is the Chairman of the Board and a Director of Pottermore as well as the Founding Partner of The Blair Partnership, a London-based literary agency and business management company that represents several leading authors including J.K. Rowling. Until 2011, he worked as a partner at the Christopher Little Literary Agency, which he joined in 2001. Before his career in the literary world, Blair was Warner Bros.’ European Head of Business Affairs, Europe, working in the film and TV arena on productions like Band of Brothers and Eyes Wide Shut.

Charlie Falconer

Development Producer

Charlie works in development across Snowstorm's feature documentaries, looking for the most compelling and cinematic stories to bring to screen. Prior to this, Charlie was Assistant Producer at Halcyon Pictures where she helped to execute a number of high profile and visually creative films including BAFTA nominated COW, REBELLION which will be distributed on Netflix, and MAKING TIME which will be released in 2022.
